about alone space

more than a space -

a sanctuary for self-care

Designed with intention, Alonespace invites you to disconnect from the noise and reconnect with yourself—through stillness, solitude, and soul-deep restoration.

I first dreamt up Alonespace in 2020 during the pandemic, a time when our homes became our entire world. Like many, I felt a deep sense of claustrophobia and mental fog, overwhelmed by the constant presence of others and the lack of a personal escape.

Traditional self-care options, like massages, mediation or yoga, often still involved other people and a focus that wasn't quite what I responded to. I was looking for something less spiritual and heavy and something more practical and light. As a small business owner, I craved a change of scenery—a cozy environment of calming solitude, disconnection, and stillness to regain clarity and spark creativity.

Seeing friends and neighbors hiding in their cars, bathrooms, or closets for just a moment of peace, I knew I wasn't the only one that could benefit from alone time. Alonespace is my way of sharing the gift of quiet alone time with everyone else who needs a gentle pause.

what sets us apart

  • The space is designed to be device free to allow for absolute freedom from the outside world. However, if you need to use the space for a teletherapy session, let us know and an exception will be made to accommodate that.

  • Absolutely!

Sink into the anti-gravity Moonpod, wear one of the provided eye masks and cover up with the weighted blanket and drift off to sleep.

  • When your session time is up, you will hear a chime. It will turn off automatically after 30 - 60 seconds. Gather your personal belongings, get your phone out of the box and enjoy the rest of your day. We will take care of the rest. No need to put anything away or clean up, we got it.
